About Blouin Pest Services

Ryan Blouin founded Blouin Pest Services in 2025. He does the inspections, the treatments and the follow-ups himself.

Ryan has seven years of pest control experience. He got his start working with his good friend Anthony Ciriello, who mentored him and taught him how to handle a wide range of pests and exclusion work. That hands-on experience shaped the way he runs Blouin Pest Services today.

When someone calls about a pest problem, Ryan wants them to understand what he found, what he recommends, and what it will cost. He takes pride in being honest and transparent with customers and in offering affordable service without leaving them guessing about the next step. He works to respond as quickly as possible, inspect carefully, and find the source of a problem instead of treating only what is visible.

Every property and pest problem is different, so he builds a plan around the situation in front of him. Whether he is helping a homeowner with carpenter ants, sealing rodent entry points, or working through an issue across several rental units, his goal is the same: to provide the best service he can and to be straightforward throughout the job.

Licensed and insured

Blouin Pest Services is licensed by the Maine Board of Pesticides Control and carries $2 million in liability coverage. We do not do termite work, browntail moth treatment or wildlife removal, and we will tell you plainly when a problem is outside what we do.

How we work

• One person, start to finish. The person who inspects your house is the person who treats it.
• Inspection before quotation, and the quote separates treatment from sealing and repair.
• Written record of every visit: found, applied, recommended.
• When the fix belongs to a carpenter, a roofer or a plumber, we say so instead of treating around it.
